Where I Take the Kids for a London Day Out

Last Sunday, we had a lovely family date at Kensington Palace for the new “Dress Codes” exhibition, which I loved and do recommend if you’re in London. We went in the morning as I find it’s the best time to avoid large crowds.

The exhibition was fascinating and quite special, showcasing some of the most iconic dresses worn by Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, Dame Vivienne Westwood and Queen Victoria. Every piece was a work of art and a stunning example of masterful craftsmanship- you could feel that each gown had a story.

I had such a great time, as did the little ones – if you’d like to read more about our family-friendly London day out, check out the complete article here.
