To Utility And Beyond

Is anyone else missing spending days in their comfies? I’ve really enjoyed a relaxed wardrobe of activewear and loungewear but I’ve found the perfect thing to transition from lockdown sweats to street-side, socially distant glamour…to utility and beyond.

The utility trend appears every few seasons and so these overalls that I’ve had for years regularly make an appearance at the front of my wardrobe. These glorious jumpsuits have come to the rescue recently for a quick outfit that looks well planned. There are countless options for every season, style, shape and occasion and you can accessorise them easily for dinners, days out, meetings, dates or picnics- this list really does go on. It’s a perfect confidence boosting power suit and khaki green suits everyone from the English roses to the olive skinned.

Wear one of these utility jumpsuits with trainers and a basket bag for a supermarket trip and then exchange the flats for heels and add a red lip for evening glam. Choose a cool cotton for the warm weather and if it’s chilly, it’s so easy to add a simple tee underneath and a structured blazer over the top. To utility and beyond!
