One of the things I love most about Christmas is finding the perfect present for my friends and family. I love the feeling of giving someone something I know they’ll really love- it’s more fun than opening my own presents. I’ve really enjoyed taking some time to look after myself and think about my goals over the past few months and so I’m continuing in this vein by giving my loved ones gifts of good this year. Kristina Karlsson (who wrote the book I’m currently devouring) and her brand kikki.K recently did some research which showed that when it comes to making new year’s resolutions, the top three areas in which people make them are Health & Wellbeing, Famliy & Relationships and Career. I was really inspired by this so I put together an edit of all the kikki.K gifts of good that I’ll be gifting my loved ones this Christmas.
This is the book I’ve been reading and I’m enjoying it so much I’ve decided to give it to a friend who has a bit of a tough year. Designed to accompany each other, each journal chapter corresponds to a chapter in Kristina’s book Your Dream Life Starts Here so it’s really easy to follow. The learnings and exercises are designed to help inspire you to turn your dreams and goals into your reality- so far it’s really working.
I love the idea of this journal- reminding us to enjoy the little things in life. Excellent for reflecting and writing down little messages. My sister loves a paper diary almost as much as I do so I’m also going to get her this beautiful mint green one for Christmas. The A5 size means she can fit it in her bag and it’s got everything in it: monthly as well as weekly layouts, stickers, address pages, wish lists, notes and even a space to write down all your favourite restaurants and shops. She’s a teacher so organisation is key!
There’s a big family holiday in the pipeline and my parents are going to be travelling a bit next year so I’m getting Mum these gorgeous leather travel accessories (that I’m actually a little jealous of!) The rose coloured leather tag will make finding suitcases a breeze and the travel wallet is so smart. It’s a really soft leather with a rose gold zip and space for all the important travel documents. Lots of the kikki.K products can be monogrammed – I think these would look so chic with their initials on.
For the three of us: Christmas Paper Lover’s Book
Wrapping presents was always something we did all together in my house growing up so I’m going to recreate this tradition with my own family. Honor will love the stickers and the Christmas theme and we can all write our little festive messages on the gift tags. Nothing says holiday time more than seeing presents wrapped under the tree.
Shop the gifts of good that I’m going to be buying this year as well as all the wrapping paper and ribbon from kikki.K. As if being a #giverofgood wasn’t fun enough, they’ve also teamed up with artist Beci Orpin and are giving the opportunity to win a bespoke artwork by Beci as well as a kikki.K prize pack.
