My 6 Ten-Minute Resolutions & Why I Do Them in Spring

A tradition I started a few years ago is to make my resolutions (not just for the new year) bite-sized. I went for 10-minute only resolutions so that they don’t feel intimidating (not even in those days that feel like weeks), but are instead achievable and small enough for me to fit more than one in my daily routine. And I do like to update them throughout the year (if I remember) to include activities that are season-specific. I don’t do all of them every day, but I do like to have done all of them at least once every week.
