Hair Scarves: My New Favorite Accessory

I spent my entire childhood tying various ribbons and scarves into my hair but the silky ones (my favorites) would just never hold so never stayed in for long. Thankfully, I’ve just discovered hair scarves that are attached to a hairband or scrunchie…which is completely genius. A low maintenance, inexpensive way of dressing up an outfit, I am really enjoying playing around with different colors; it’s such a fun twist on a classic look. I’m convinced it’s the sort of thing Brigitte Bardot would have worn on holiday.

Candy stripes or bold florals dress up even the worst hair days and add that much-needed summery pop of color…win win. You’ll all know what an interiors nut I am, which is why my current favorite hair scarf is this William Morris print scarf by David Watson. Strawberry Thief is such a wonderful pattern that I’ve seen in interiors before- and now I can have it in my hair! Tell me how you style your hair scarves in the comments.

xx,

Louise Loves
