2015 is coming to an end, and there are plenty of reasons to raise your glass and toast to the New Year! During the holidays, I always make extra effort when it comes to cocktails – this is the time to make it fancy and fun! And, while I do love a traditional glass of champagne, this year, I wanted to sip on something that was a bit more creative. I was instantly intrigued when I stumbled upon a cocktail featuring elderflower – a sweet smelling, luxe blossom with a light, lovely taste. Once I tried it, I was hooked! I love how bright, bubbly, and refreshing it tastes, and I can’t wait to share it with my friends on New Years Eve. Hope you enjoy it, too!
St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Step 1: Fill a tumbler glass about half way with ice and chilled prosecco.
Step 2: Toss in a few of mint leaves and cucumber slices (to your liking).
Step 3: Top with about ¾ oz of St-Germain liquor and enjoy!
Cheers to you and a Happy New Year
