“I’m not tall, and my body is pear-shaped. Can you give me some advice on how I can hide these flaws?” – Maria
First of all, they are not flaws! Your body is your body and it’s time to embrace it, none of us has the perfect, dream figure and yet you can alter its silhouette by dressing the right way. Being pear-shaped means you carry most of your weight around your hips and thighs. I recommend drawing the attention upwards to your slimmer waist and decolletage. Darker trousers worn with a small heel will elongate and flatter the legs. Then, wear bright colors in more fitted fabrics on your top half, especially those with a nice wide boat neck or round neckline. Anything off the shoulder for evening will also look fab.
