There’s a new skirt shape in town, and it’s so ladylike and elegant! Basically, it’s a slim line of a skirt that flares out with a ruffle just below your knees. Wear yours with a heel: the extra height of keeps the volume from being overwhelming, and streamlines your legs. I through on a simple cream sweater and neutrals accessories for a more relaxed, daytime feel.
