The Set of Rivals is just as intriguing as the novel & TV series…

When I fall in love with a TV series, I really go all in. I start geeking out over every detail: the costume design, the cast, the music, the locations, the decor. That’s exactly what happened after I started watching Rivals, the Disney+ adaptation of Jilly Cooper’s beloved novel.

As much as I’m hooked on the series drama, I was just as fascinated to discover the remarkable history behind Chavenage House, the stunning Elizabethan manor used in the series. Behind its picture-perfect façade lies a history of ghost stories, royal intrigue and centuries of eccentric owners, but it was the interiors that really captured my attention.
