One of my all-time favourite healthy snacks is delicious oatballs. They’re perfect for making a big batch ahead of time and keeping on hand in the fridge for a quick snack, (and if you’re a mum, the kids will love them too!). They’re so easy to make if I say so myself. Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
250 gr of rolled oats
125 gr of almond butter
170 gr of coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of real maple syrup
125 gr of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
1/8 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together with your hands, to make sure that everything is evenly distributed. Cover and chill for 30 minutes, then roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. This recipe makes about 16 balls. Aaand…That’s it, they’re done and ready to enjoy!
Such a healthy and alternative idea for a snack. Definitely I will make it.
These looks almost TO amazing! I have to try these.
