Today is my return to the red carpet, and my first Oscars as a mum! I gave birth to Honor just 7 weeks ago, so this year’s awards show season is like no other. This will be the longest I’ve been away from her since she was born (about 10 hours in total!), and even though I miss her it’s an exciting day as always. I’m hitting the red carpet with Access Hollywood to chat everything fashion, and my look has come together just in time. My gown feels very Cinderella-esque, so I’ve chosen the perfect romantic Nine West heels to top off my look. Getting dressed for the Oscars can be so overwhelming, but choosing these heels was a no brainer.
I’m loving square toed shoes at the moment, so I was excited to find these strappy heeled sandals. I got them in both black and gold, and you guys voted on which color I should wear on my Instagram. Both colors are so chic, with black being more grounding, and gold being more ethereal. I originally thought I would choose gold, as it’s a gorgeous option for transitioning into the Spring season. This helped me change my mindThe best part? These heels are so comfy, so I shouldn’t have too much trouble standing in them all day as I stand on the red carpet.
