How I Keep My Skin Healthy From Inside & Out!

Ingredients

1 Banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca root
1 tsp acai powder
1 tsp goji berries
1 tsp cacao powder
Cinnamon to taste
Handful of almonds
1/2 cup milk (any kind works, I use both almond & dairy!)
A few ice cubes

Toss all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
