Blush & Gold Girls Lunch

It’s no secret that I love my girl gang, and I always make sure to carve out quality time with them as much as my work and travel schedule permits. Even when I’m exhausted and feel like being a recluse over the weekend, I at least try to grab a quick lunch or coffee with one of my besties, to keep our relationships strong. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to develop a close-knit group of girlfriends that you can depend on. It’s crucial to have someone to confide in and vent to about all of life’s stresses – studies even show that women who have enough girl time are happier in their relationships with their significant others, and are more likely to pick up stress relieving hobbies and interests that enrich their lives!

When I do have the time and energy, I think it’s so cute to organize a stylish lunch for my friends. On this particular day some of my girls came over to try on bridesmaids dresses, and I decided to make a little party out of it. We snacked on apps and sipped this yummy Pineapple Mandarin Orange spritz from Palm Breeze while we waited for my baked chicken dish to finish in the oven, and cracked up about all kinds of things! This drink is super easy to just pour over ice into cute cups, and comes in 3 yummy tropical flavors (Ruby Red Citrus, Pineapple Mandarin Orange and Strawberry Pineapple), which make you feel like you feel like you’re sipping a cocktail on the beach.

I wanted to make the settings extra fun and girly, so I went with a blush & gold theme (one of my favorite color combos). These party goods are disposable too, so throwing them in the recycling after we ate left more time for hanging out and sipping cocktails together!
