Trick or Treat! Here’s My Halloween Makeup

Halloween: the time of tricks, treats, and totally escapist beauty! I love this holiday, we get the chance to try out some seriously bright, out there makeup! Now, I might not wear all of these spooky looks at once (check out my my Instagram tonight to see my costume!), but I do love the idea of experimenting and having some major fun with makeup on this eve. Here’s a look at some of my favorite fun potions…

Nars Dual Intensity Eyeshadow in Lysithea: Reflective and hyper pigmented, this silver shadow adds some serious pop to eyelids, lather it on for an allover gunmetal shimmer! After Halloween, a subtle swipe on the inner corners of your eyes would make you look wide eyed and awake.

Lancome Hypnose Star Mascara: Perfect for sexy, va-va-voom lashes, this mascara makes my lashes way thicker. I wear it every day, but for Halloween wear it as part of vampy costume with a glossy red lip.

Button London WINK Colour Mascara in Jaded Jack: One look at this mascara says it all… it’s fluorescent! Perfect for witches, ghosts, ghouls and anyone going as Batman’s Joker… why don’t you guys tell me how else you would wear it?

Nars Night Series Eyeliner in Night Flight: Colored eyeliner has been hot on the runways for a while, and it’s perfect to amp up your costume party look.

Mary Kay Nourishine Plus Lip Gloss: Opalescent and dramatic, this lippie would look great layered over your favorite lipstick, or girly and sparkly worn on it’s own.

Button London Nail Lacquer in Sozzled: Butter’s nail polishes are super rich and pigmented – a fact I love about their classic shades. This green goes on in one coat. For Halloween, grow your nails long and file them to a point – this green will look awesome – like you’re an extra from the musical Wicked! But if you rock this look on a normal day, i’d suggest painting it on short, square nails for a subtler look.
