Although there’s still a winter chill in the air, fashion waits for no one! It always looks ahead into the future, and believe it or not, the Spring collections are ready to hit stores. I love that the collections are always a bit ahead of the weather – it gives you time to look at all the trends, inventory what you have, and plan what for what you need (and of course what you want!). I’ve partnered with Brahmin, an amazing handbag and accessories line on their Spring 2017 campaign, and I’m so excited to share some of my favorite photos from the shoot with you guys. See my top picks from their Spring collection below, and how to style them!
White on White
In my opinion, accessories make an outfit, and are even a great way to try out new trends. I’m in love with this croc-embossed white tote with tan whipstitching (which is bound to be a huge handbag trend in 2017). I’m really into tonal dressing right now, so I went for a white-on-white look with this off-shoulder top and white sandals. Sometimes all you need is some cool texture and interesting details to make a look pop.
Next up on my faves list is this bright cobalt blue crossbody bag, again with chic embossing and whipstitching details. My favorite part is the cute little tassle, in contrasting white. I went for another fun tonal look with tailored trousers and a playful sheer top, both in the same dark blue color palette. To play off the white contrast details of the bag, I went for neutral stilettos. I love how the bag speaks for itself – the details alone are enough to complete a look. Have fun with mixing textures and prints this Spring!
Warm It Up
My readers will know that I’m obsessed with a 70s vibe, and that’s what I love about this yummy tan hobo bag. I can’t get enough of the soft leather and playful braided details, plus the warm tone goes perfectly with a tan! To amp up the retro factor, I went for a plunging paisley halter dress and saddle colored lace-up heels to match.
