For some reason, everyone around seems to be having a busy start to the year – and I’m no exception. So I’ll take any chance to save some time and plan some day to night dressing. And there’s nothing like a black mini skirt that can take you from meetings to cocktails.
I think every wardrobe needs a good mini, some high-quality tights and a classic heel with a twist – like a gold buckle. I’ve been loving mixing that with a jumper – like this two-tone marl sweater – to make it more casual. Layer it up with a blazer, a camel overcoat and some chunky gold jewellery for a more elegant look. I’ve linked to some of my favourite black mini’s and jumper combinations below.
