My Summer Vacation Essentials

Can you guys believe it’s almost Summer? Spring seems to be flying by so quickly. If there’s one thing I do look forward to though, it’s a relaxing family holiday (with little Honor in tow for the first time!). We’ve just booked a few days away up the coast in Ojai, so today I’m sharing my top Summer vacation essentials with you.

Whether you’re taking a trip somewhere tropical like the Bahamas, or somewhere glamorous like the Riviera, there are certain items every girl should have in her suitcase. These days I’m all about a classic one-piece swimsuit paired with some must-have sandals, a boho beach bag, some chic sunglasses, self-tanner (if you’re like me and haven’t had time to get a spray tan!), and a pop of red nail varnish.

I’m also obsessed with comfy rompers or maxi dresses – the easiest thing to throw on and wear from the beach to dinner. A giant straw hat is also my fastest way to make a simple look feel elegant!

And I didn’t forget some of our friends from the beauty department. I like to switch up my fragrance for vacation, I don’t know why – it just makes a distinction between being at home working and relaxing on holiday. Minimal makeup – I like a thinner foundation or simply a tinted moisturizer, plus a nourishing lip balm, and most importantly, sunscreen. Scroll down to shop my essentials, and bon voyage!
