Kimono Cool

I found this sexy lace crop top for a bargain on MissGuided.co.uk, and snapped it up. Then it got delivered, and I hadn’t a clue what to pair it with. It seemed too revealing to wear without a jacket, and I was determine to give it a daytime vibe. So I paired it with relaxed denim cut-offs, and a drapey, floral kimono. I like this look for its balance of girly and beachy. I don’t feel over-exposed in the top, but you still see a hint of the sexy lace underneath.

Speaking of kimonos, they are about to be huge for Fall! And they’re so easy to wear – a lovely, feminine alternative to structured blazer or a not-so-exciting cardigan. I’d advise adding a kimono to your shopping list, here are my faves…

  • Between work trips and house moving, I haven’t had a chance to get to a gym. I really enjoyed my training session with @pvolve the other weekend but the best thing about them is that you can stream the exercises from home, which makes working out in my own time so much easier. • I don’t love what the long winter has done to my energy levels & skin! Some of the little changes I made since moving from LA, for winter wellbeing: porridge for brekkie, homemade ginger tea, oversized cosy jumpers and @LumityLife supplements. The morning capsules stop me reaching for a second (or third!) coffee, and the night time vitamins have helped me wind down & sleep better.
