I Gave Mackenzie A Makeover For Father’s Day!

Next weekend is Mackenzie’s first ever Father’s Day, so it’s such a special time for our little family. We had the chance to celebrate a little early this week, and as a present for Mackenzie I took him out to lunch and a little shopping date with Honor in tow. It was so much fun – he actually trusted me and let me make him over and choose some clothes for him!

We snuck into Neiman Marcus to check out their new Spring trends, and we loved all the easy denim pieces and shorts that they had available. I love when Mackenzie wears classic, casual clothes with a bit of a preppy flair. The first look we chose was a classic navy sweater and lightweight shorts – which he styled with sandals. It was more toned down for strolling around Melrose Place. I wanted one look to be a little dressier, so we went for this nice polo in a bright summery color and blue shorts. In true Mackenzie fashion he styled them fresh white sneakers, for a bit more of a formal vibe that will be perfect for our low-key Father’s Day brunch.

It was so nice being able to find such a wide range of styles for Mackenzie all in one place – he is very particular about his fashion (which I appreciate about him!), so having so many fresh trends to choose from made buying his presents a breeze. Shop both of our looks below!
