Ten Cozy Fall Coats You Need Now

There’s something so exciting about gearing up for a new season, and – let’s be honest – shopping for it. Although it’s not terribly cold yet here in LA, we have to take what we can get. As soon as the weather drops below 70, it seems like everybody brings out their chunky knit sweaters, cozy scarves, and warm, oversize coats – myself included. Even when it’s barely cold enough for winter clothes, I always get overly excited to order some new Autumn items. At the moment, I’m obsessing over thinner, tailored coats with a masculine edge to them, like this grey beauty. The more oversized the better, and if it has a vintage vibe, I’m head over heels. I love this cozy fall coat in grey – it’s not a color I’ve normally had for outerwear, so I’m loving the change.

I’ve cherry-picked my top 10 favorite coats for you guys – from plush dove grey to rich camel, bold red and faux fur – you’ll want to snuggle up in every one!

  • One of my biggest saving graces during pregnancy and these first few months with Honor, has been having a solid group of mummy friends to talk to. Things can get lonely, even when you're surrounded by people. Which sounds silly but am I right?! It's so important to have someone who's going through (or gone through) what you are, to share your worries with, go to for advice, or just plain vent to. I was so happy to find the @peanut app, which is a social network for meeting like-minded mummies in your area. I've been using their Pages feature to get advice on everything from going back to work, post-natal fitness, and weaning Honor onto foods. I've had some amazing tips from other mums - I wish their new 'Pregnancy' page had been around when I was pregnant! If you're pregnant, or a new mummy, get on @peanut and share your tips with me! #peanutapp
  • I did it! Thank you Queen of color @lorrigoddard_ for making me blonde for the summer
