This time of year I always adore retro ladylike glamour, (probably from having watched old films all Christmas!) so I chose girly curls and a warm color combination that always feels a little vintage – giving a nod here to 1950’s style from the movie Carol! This matching cashmere rust top and skirt set layered with this two-tone wrap coat made for a really cosy, but elegant look. The coat was my Christmas present from Mum and Dad (Zara), and the cashmere was picked up at an outlet mall (Maxmara)!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
