Mastering The Mini Skirt

Mini skirts come with a love/hate relationship, we love the idea of them, but they’re sort of terrifying when putting them on and trying to make them subtly chic instead of the alternative. My first trick to my mini-skirt mantra is to play with silhouettes and textures, I love how the embroidery on this one keeps it structured and elegant. Add an unexpected twist with a loose, soft sweater rather than the more obvious choice of a tight top. Scrunch up the sleeves to catch the more casual look, but then kick things up a notch with a killer heel and a bold bag. This look is perfect for a lunch or dinner date, simple, chic and a splash of sexy!
