Small seedless watermelon
Water + ice
Step One: Slice a jalapeño long ways and remove its stem and seeds. Slice, and add to a cup of a water. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, more if you like an extra spicy kick!
Step Two: Slice about half a watermelon and a lime. Add them to a pitcher filled with water and ice. Let the mixture soak to allow the flavors to infuse for about an hour, adding your jalapeño water halfway through.
Step Three: For an extra festive and fun way to enjoy this summer libation, hollow the other half of the watermelon with an ice cream scooper. (Feel free to snack on what you scoop out, or use it make healthy popsicles!) Once the flavored water has infused for an hour, remove the fruit and garnish slices and pour it back into the watermelon!
