They know i’m no chef, but i’ve got my staples, and this summer fruit dessert turned out unreal! And beyond easy.. I wasn’t about to plan a whole day in the kitchen. This DIY frozen popsicle recipe is super healthy too – it’s made solely of fresh summer fruit and jalapenos. Yeah you read that right – but trust me, the little spicy kick is delicious!
Ingredients
2 Cups Cubed Fresh Watermelon
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped
1 Jalapeño, sliced
Step 1: Prep fresh fruit by cutting watermelon into cubes small enough for blending. Chop 1 cup fresh strawberries and combine in blender with watermelon cubes and jalapeño. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Let mixture rest for 5 minutes
Step 3: Pour mixture into popsicle mold of your choice. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
